MUN Reflection

I first thought the MUN Conference was going to be embarrassing but it was totally the opposite. My performance on the MUN Day, i thought was pretty good because I went on the speakers list and commented three times to different nations and their problems. Before the MUN Day started I was a bit nervous and was afraid that I was going to screw up and make a fool of myself but that didn't really happen. I was successful and confident to comment and speak on the speakers list. I used the caucass time wisely to talk to other countries about my ideas and struggles to help make the world a safer place.

MUN overall was fun because I got to hear and see everyone dress up and talk about their country in the caucass. I liked how everyone listened to everyone else's speeches and commented on how strong they support it or dislike the idea. Soon the whole MUN became a gigantic debate between different Countries shooting back and forth from on to another it was truly amazing that the MUN Debate got out to a lot of people. If I was a part of the UN and I heard these facts and problems going on in the world i would write a resolution to help solve it. I thought the MUN day was spectacular because everyone had fun and either got rewards or recognized for the amount of participation they had done.

Qigong Reflection

My experience doing Qigong was very interesting and fun because i felt my Spiritual Energy in my hands.Plus i wanted to know how that worked. I like the fact that when we tried different exercises to gather our Spiritual Energy(chi)within us. My favorite part of the Qigong workshop was before we concluded the lesson we had to meditate for five minutes and in those five minutes i fell asleep after the first minute and Courtney said" Good, that means your mind was completely relaxed." That is my reflection on the Qigong Workshop

Socratic Seminar

The Socratic Seminar on the chapter forty-eight was very talkative because it had experienced people that knew what to do and how everything should go, but the section on the chapter seventy one was very quiet because none of us knew what to do and most of us were very very shy and even though we did not talk as much as the first group we pulled out most of the main ideas. The first group was phenomenal because it kept on going and going which was good. I thought passage forty eight was more easier than seventy- one because it was more easier to relate or find something to relate to or point out points things like that but seventy one was hard because barely anyone had anything to relate to. Overall, the Socratic Seminar in my class was fantastic.
